Our Next Adventure: Massachusetts

The time finally came, where we had to say goodbye to family and friends and make our way across the country to our new home: Worcester, MA.  We divided the trip into 4 days, 3 long days and then one short day where we also move in.

My Carpool Buddy

We started bright and early Monday morning from Pocatello going through Wyoming and stopping in Gothenburg, Nebraska for the night.  We got so lucky to be welcomed with the "Sod House Museum" directly across the street from our hotel.

Abbi found a very large toad at the entrance of our hotel, she may have bitten it a few times.

The next day we made our way through Iowa, Illinois, and into Indiana.  The third day we trekked through Ohio, Pennsylvania and stayed in New York.  Pretty sure I want to have a home or move to upstate New York.  It is probably one of the prettiest states I have been through.

The last day, Thursday, we drove through New York and made it to Worcester, Massachusetts where we then got to unload our POD.  Nothing like getting rid of the edema that occurred from 4 days of driving.

Ryan started orientation the next day while I unpacked our many boxes.  The east coast is very different then the west.  I think that it will grow on us, but it is definitely going to take sometime.
